to find your property and communicate with you. |

| Select your City and Neighborhood. This is the most used search criteria. |

Title: Enter your listing title in this order for best results: City, Neighborhood, number of bedrooms, and a
special feature, ie: Parking included. |

Description: Enter up to 700 characters describing your neighborhood, property, unit, upgrades, extras and
rare features, negotiations and terms.

| Listing Information: Enter correct and accurate information field by field to be displayed. |

Listing feature checkboxes: Check all and every feature your unit has.
(This will be displayed and searched for by potential tenants). |

| Upload up to 8 photos, we suggest 4 building (1 to 4) and 4 unit (5 to 8). |

We suggest with our package a picture of the building, foyer, floor plan, entrance into the unit, living/dining
room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom. Optional pictures to include are swimming pool, gym, laundry facilities,
parking lot, play area, recreation room, etc. You may consider adding some of these pictures to the
More-Apartments page banner. Dont't forget to turn off date and time stamp on your digital camera, photo
types accepted: gif, jpg or jpeg (300KB). |
